(3)Normally in rural areas, shop shall be established on the basis of Gram Panchayat as unit but another shop can be established if the distance is beyond 3 kilometers from the beneficiaries. The location of ship shall be in center of these areas wherefrom the supplies of foodstuff can easily be made available to inhabitants.
