Section 28(1) in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai Act, 2005
(1)The Institute shall constitute for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be laid down in the regulations, such pension and provident fund as it may deem fit.
