Section 21(1) in The M.P. Homoeopathy Council (General) Rules, 1976
(1)When an amendment to any motion is moved and seconded or when two or more such amendments are moved and seconded, the President shall, before taking the sense of the Council or the Committee thereon, read to the Council or the Committee the terms of the original motion and the amendment or amendments proposed.
