Section 3(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Control of Building Operations Act, 1988
(1)With the commencement of this Act, the authorities for the purpose of this Act in any Local Area, Municipal Area, Town Area, Notified Area or Area notified under the Jammu and Kashmir State Town Planning Act, 1963 shall be as under:-
