Section 18 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
18. Conditions of service of new employees.
(1)Every person who is appointed to the services of the Board shall be appointed on such terms and conditions and in such manner as may be prescribed :Provided that such officers/ officials who will be on deputation to the Board, their terms and conditions of services shall be governed by standard terms of deputation provided in the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulations.
