Section 16(1) in Andhra Pradesh Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2012
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of a competent authority refusing to grant or renew a licence or suspending or cancelling a licence, may appeal under sub-section (1) of Section 12 in form 'M' within ninety days to the appellate authority.
