Section 5(1) in Arunachal Pradesh District Planning Committees (Constitution, Powers and Functions) Act, 2011
(1)The Committee shall, formulate the development goals, objectives, policies and priorities in matters relating to planning, development and use of rural and urban land in the district having due regard to social justice.
