4. Selection Grade District Judges.
- Twenty-five per centum of the posts in the cadre of District Judges who have put in five years of service in the cadre shall be granted selection grade pay and they shall be selected on the basis of merit-cum-seniority from the cadre of District Judges by the High Court.
