Section 30(1) in The First Statutes of Indian Institute of Technology Goa, 2017
(1)The Institute may provide for creation of suitable facilities for Knowledge, Resources and Management purposes to cater to the needs of the academic staff, students, researchers and others engaged in academic, management and administrative pursuits including the process of Technology Enhanced Learning Programmes, through contemporary means and methods in electronic and print form.
