Section 11(2) in Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973
(2)The Secretary shall-(a)Subject to the control of the Board, be the Chief administrative officer of the Board ;(b)subject to the control of the President, be responsible for seeing that the orders of Board are carried out ;(c)be empowered to enter into all contracts for and on behalf of the Board.
