(7)The Forum may at any time, after affording an opportunity of being heard, review its Order either on its own motion or an application of any of the parties to the original proceedings, within 30 days of the order on-(i)the discovery of new and important matter of evidence which, after the exercise of due diligence, was not within his knowledge or could not be produced by him at the time the order was made;(ii)on account of some mistake or error apparent from the face of the record;(iii)for any other sufficient reasons.
