Section 12(4)(ii) in Rajasthan Sanskrit University Act, 1998

(ii)Where the action taken by the Vice-Chancellor under clause (i) of sub-section (4) prejudicially affects any person in the service of the University, the person affected may prefer an appeal to the Executive Council within fifteen days from the date on which such action is communicated to him.
