Section 46(1)(ii) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Building Rules, 2018

(ii)The application under sub-rule (i) shall be accompanied by the certificate referred to in sub-rule (5) of rule 45 along with a fee, which the Chief Administrator may specify from time to time.
