Section 12 in The Grants-in-Aid (Cultural and Sports Institutions) Rules, 1986

On receipt or orders of sanction, the grantee shall submit a bill in the prescribed form (O.T.C. Form No. 40) to the Director/ Collectors of the districts along with the voucher slip in O.G.F.R. Form No. 25. The bill shall bear the full dated signature and official seal of the grantee.
