Section 16(d) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State
(d)Accounts of income and expenditure shall be kept by the Managers in a form prescribed by the Department, regularly audited by a competent auditor not in any way connected with the school, and submitted to the Department annually.
