5 16.2.2009Petitioner was shown absent in economics, a subsidiary paper.When legal notice was sent, University declared his result awarding him 24% and showed him failed. Petitioner filed this writ petition pointing out conflict in the stand.
Pursuant to order of this Court, learned counsel for the university has produced the answer sheet, which is of the petitioner. It appears to be in the handwriting of the petitioner and has been duly marked and the marks awarded are 24.
Counsel for the University states that due to tabulating problem by the examiner, petitioner was wrongly shown absent instead of failed.
Be that as it may, now the marks have been declared and the petitioern shown to be failed, nothing remains more to be considered by this Court.
This writ petition stands dismissed.
