Section 15(i) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021

(i)The Registrar shall be appointed in such manner, and on such terms and conditions of service, as may be prescribed by the Statutes. However the first Registrar of the University shall be appointed by the State Government and shall hold office for a term of three years;
