11. Determination of Fees and Charges.
- The Fees and Charges shall be determined separately for each of the Regional Load Despatch Centres and National Load Despatch Centre;Provided that the annual charges of NLDC including corporate office expenses for the control period shall be apportioned among Regional Load Despatch Centres on the basis of the peak met (in MW) in the respective region as indicated on CEA's website for the preceding year.
