22.
At an election in a ward where a poll is taken, any member of the Armed Forces of the Union or a member of the Armed Police Force of the State serving outside the State may give his vote by a postal ballot and such person shall not be entitled to give his vote in any other manner. The wife of any such person referred to above may give her vote by postal ballot at any election in such ward where a poll is taken.
