Section 7(1) in The Special Economic Zones Rules, 2003
(1)There shall be allowed-(a)to carry out in a special economic zone unit located in the processing area of a special economic zone; and(b)to a developer to carry out,only such authorised operations as are allowed under these rules for such purpose.
