8. Travelling and daily allowances of Ministers etc.
- [(1)] [Renumbered as sub-section (1) by Act No.XXX of 1959.] The holders of the offices referred to in sections 3 to 5 shall, in respect of their tours, be entitled to travelling and daily allowances at such rates and upon such conditions as may be determined by rules made by the State Government.(2)[xxx] [Omitted by Act No.1 of 1974.]
