Section 52(1) in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
(1)The holder of a mineral concession shall be liable to pay to the occupier of the surface of the land over which he holds the concession, such annual compensation as may be determined by an officer appointed by the State Government by notification in this behalf in the manner provided in sub-rules (2) to (4).
