23. Non-prized subscribers to pay subscriptions and get receipts.
(1)Every non-prized subscriber shall pay his subscription at the time and place mentioned in the variola and shall on such payment be entitled to get a receipt from the foreman.(2)In default of any payment by a non-prized subscriber as required by sub-section (1), he shall be liable to such consequences as are provided for in the variola.
