Section 7(32) in The UTTAR PRADESH POLICE AND FORENSIC SCIENCE UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(32)subject to the provisions of this Act and the regulations, any officer or authority of the University may, by order, delegate his or its powers (except the power to make regulations) to any other officer or authority under his or its control and subject to the condition that the ultimate responsibility for the exercise of the power so delegated shall continue to rest in the officer or authority delegating them;
