Section 2(1)(h) in The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters) Regulations, 2017

(h)`Gaming' in relation to these regulations, shall mean an intentional / deliberate mis-declaration of declared capacity by any seller in order to make an undue commercial gain through Charge for Deviations;
