Section 27(1) in Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Rules, 2006
(1)A dealer who desires to claim deduction from his turnover under the provisions of sub-clause [(i) or (ii)] [Substituted by Notification No. F-10/6/2006/CT/V (29), dated 3-5-2007 (w.e.f. 1-4-2006).] of clause (w) of Section 2, shall produce at the time of assessment the cash memoranda, invoices or bills or purchase vouchers or other relevant documents in support of such claim.
