It is, inter-alia, indicated that inadvertently, the petitioner impleaded the Secondary Education Department as party respondent No.2 to the present writ petition, whereas it is Elementary Education Department, which was required to be substituted as party.
In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to substitute the respondent No.2 with Director, Elementary Education as party respondent to the present writ petition.
Amended cause title filed by the petitioner is taken on record. The on-line record be also corrected.
A copy of the writ petition be served on Mr. K.K. Bissa, who may complete his instructions in the matter as it is claimed by (Downloaded on 27/06/2019 at 11:33:46 PM) (3 of 3) [CW-13005/2015] learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the petition is covered by several judgments of this Court.
