Section 30(iii) in The Orissa Security Prisoners (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1981
(iii)In case the security prisoner is not satisfied with the decision of the Superintendent in the matter relating to the withholding of any book, journal or newspaper he may make representation through the Superintendent to the Government whose decision shall be final.
