Section 20(5)(iii) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(iii)Wherever the bye-law of a Co-operative Society so provides, there shall be a Primary Meeting to elect the delegates to the General Meeting of the Co-operative Society on the date fixed by the State Co-operative Election Authority.
