Section 26(1) in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
(1)The Syndicate shall meet at such times and at such places as may be prescribed and subject to the provisions sub-sections (2) and (3), it shall comply with such procedural rules prescribed for the proceedings of its meeting including the quorum to be present at the meeting:Provided that, the Syndicate shall meet atleast once in three months.
