(1)If all the recorded proprietors present, on or before the day fixed under section 50, a petition requesting to be allowed to make the partition on the basis of the papers adopted by the Deputy Collector under Chapter VI, -(a)privately among themselves, or(b)by arbitration,the Deputy Collector may grant the request.
