(2)The Board shall be a body corporate by the name of the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Industrial Workers' Contingency Fund Board having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall, by the said name, sue and be sued.
