Section 9(4) in The Gujarat Homoeopathic Act, 1963
(4)The State Government may remove from office the President if he has been guilty of misconduct in the discharge of his duties under this Act, or of any disgraceful conduct, or has become incapable of performing his duties as the President:Provided that no such action shall be taken unless the President is given a reasonable opportunity of showing cause why he should not be removed from office.
