Section 26(1) in Rajasthan Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 2011
(1)Except with the permission of the Presiding Officer, no business which is not entered in the agenda or of which notice has not been given by a member under sub-rule (5) of rule 20, shall be transacted at any meeting.
