Section 54(2) in Telangana Shops and Establishments Act, 1988
(2)The provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, (Central Act V of 1908) relating to attatchment before judgement under that Code, shall, so far as may be, apply to any direction for attachment under sub-section (1).
