Section 29(2) in The Merchant Shipping (Fire Appliances) Rules, 1969
(2)Every such ship shall be provided with at least--(i)one power pump and one fire hose whereby one powerful jet of water can be rapidly directed into any part of the ship;(ii)four fire buckets;(iii)one fireman's axe.
