KONAKANCHI MADHU presented this Appeal under Section 96 of C.P.C. praying that
in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Appeal, the High Court
may be pleased to allow the appeal with costs by setting aside the preliminary decree
-cum- judgment in O.S.No.66 of 2014, dated 29-03-2019 on the file of Learned XI
Additional District Judge at Tenali.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the appeal and
memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI
KONAKANCHI MADHU, Advocate for the Appellant, directed issue of notice to the
Respondents herein to show cause as to why this FIRST APPEAL should not be
admitted.
