1. Rule in each of these Writ Petitions, as arguable questions are indeed involved.
2. Respondents waive service in respective matters.
3. Mr Anil Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General has agreed to address the Court in these matters and prays for two weeks time.
4. For the present, we do not pass interim orders in every case though the reliefs of that nature are sought. We grant liberty to the parties to revive their applications for interim relief should the Petitions themselves not being disposed of.
5. We clarify that this order and direction will not affect the clarification already issued in some of the matters.
