115. Contents of winding-up order and order appointing Provisional Liquidator.
- An order to wind-up an LLP or for the appointment of a Provisional Liquidator shall contain at the foot thereof a note stating that it will be the duty of such of the persons specified in rule 37 to attend on the Liquidator at such time and place as he may appoint and to give him all information he may require.
