19. Expenses of witnesses.
- Every person who is summoned and appears as a witness before the Committee, [-] [The words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by the Punjab Government Notification No. 9110/8801-Lab-58/68593, dated 28.8.1958.] or the Board shall be entitled to an allowance for expenses incurred by him in accordance with the scale for the time being in force for payment of such allowances to witnesses appearing in Civil Courts in the State.
