(f)[ the expression "Officer Commanding the Area" means the General or other officer commanding an Area or a Independent Sub-Area, or an equivalent commander within the limits of whose command the headquarters of a unit constituted under the Act is situated or such other officer as may be specified by the Central Government in this behalf;]
