Section 119(m) in Delhi Prisons (Inspection, Meetings and Duties of Officers) Rules, 1988
(m)when on duty at the main gate at night, not to allow any person to enter or leave the jail who is not an official duly authorised to enter or leave, and not to permit any warder to enter or leave except when accompanied by the patrolling Officer on duty, or one of the superior officials.
