Section 67(1) in The Karnataka State Universities Act, 2000
(1)Every affiliated college including permanently affiliated college shall furnish to the Registrar such reports, returns and other information as the Syndicate in consultation with Academic Council may require to judge the efficiency of the college and the academic quality achieved.
