5.2Punishment:For other persons: Upto 3 years (not less than 2 years) imprisonment with fine of Rs.2000/- to Rs.3,000/-For Parent/Guardian/Relative of Woman: upto 5 years (not less than 2 years) imprisonment with fine of Rs.3,000/- to Rs.5,000/-
