Section 66 in Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University Act, 2015
66. Terms and conditions of employees of affiliated colleges who were holding the posts in affiliated colleges of saurashtra University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, every employee of the college affiliated to the University or the recognised institution, who is holding office (whether teaching or non-teaching) of the Saurashtra University immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall continue to hold such office on the same terms and conditions as were applicable to him immediately before such date, and exercise such powers and perform such duties as are conferred on them by or under this Act.
