Section 10(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)Within six months from the commencement of this Adhiniyam, the first Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the Government for a period not exceeding five years or till the attainment of superanuation age of 65 years whichever is earlier and on salary and such other terms and conditions as the Chancellor may think fit:Provided that, the Vice-Chancellor so appointed shall not be eligible for reappointment for another term.
