Section 21 in The Civil Liability For Nuclear Damage Act, 2010
21. Term of office.–
The Chairperson or a Member, as the case may be, shall hold office as such for a term of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office and shall be eligible for re-appointment for another term of three years:Provided that no person shall hold office as such Chairperson or Member after he has attained the age of sixty-seven years.
