7. Powers of Chairperson of Governing Council.
- The Chair person of the Governing Council shall be the Non-Executive Head of the Authority and shall,-(a)convene, preside over and conduct meetings of the Governing Council;(b)discharge all duties conferred and exercise all powers conferred on him by or under this Act.
