(7)The Central Appellate Authority or the State Appellate Authority shall issue notice to the respondent, which shall be served in any of the following modes, namely:-(a)service by the appellant; or(b)by hand delivery (dasti); or(c)by registered post with acknowledgement due; or(d)by electronic mail or fax.
