[Omitted by L.S. Part III dated 15.3.1983.][11D [Substituted vide Punjab Gazttee Legislative Supplement Part III dated 21.4.1977.]. Every application for the grant of a licence in form L.10B shall be submitted to the Collector through the Excise Officer incharge of the district at any time during the currency of he financial year for which the licence is to be granted. Every application for renewal of such a licence shall, however, be submitted to the Collector on or before the thirty-first day of January every year preceding that for which application for renewal of the licence is made.]
